| The finca lies tucked away in the hills of the Sierra de Vejer just a couple of minutes from the town of Vejer de la Frontera. The Atlantic Ocean can be seen in the distance and so are the lights of Tangiers at night. There are several buildings on the finca which extends over some 50.000 sqms: a small old cortijo with 2 bedrooms, one and a half bathrooms, an office, kitchen, living and dining room as well as a sunflooded wintergarden, terraces etc. There is a separate small guest apartment with kitchen and bathroom, a work shop and open stables for several horses. Water is supplied by a private well and several water deposits, where the rain water for the animals and the irrigation of the gardens is collected. Electricity comes from solar (photo voltaic) panels and a wind mill. In addition, there is a 5.5 kw generator connected for emergencies. The fixed telephone line provides also internet connection and there is satellite TV. The main house is gas heated throughout. There are nearly 200 fruit and Mediterranean trees on the property, a vegetable garden, a duck pond and much more. At about 700 meters to the northwest of the finca several windmills were erected which are partially visible but barely affect the enjoyment of this lovely finca.
A great property for the active retirement.

The Costa de la Luz looks out to the Atlantic Ocean. It boasts miles of clear unpoilt beaches with golden yellow sand. Beaches backed by huge sandunes rather than tower block hotels. One wonders how they have remained unspoiled for so long. The beaches of Cadiz tend to be visited by the independent travellers from the north, those of Huelva tend to be visited form the city dwellers inland, many own holiday apartments.
Rolling countryside and white villages, Arcos de la Frontera and Grazalema to name just two. These villages tend to be defensive structures built high on the hillside.
The City of Cádiz is the Capital city of the Province of Cádiz and the oldes city in Europe.
The city of Jerez de la Frontera with its international airport lies inland from Cádiz. Its main industry is Sherry and Brandy production and is also famous for Andalucian horses and flamenco.
