Andalucía Premier Estates S.L. was established in 2002, but its founders, Sabine Wesseln and Michael E. Paessler are “old hands” in Spanish real estate. After exciting and successful years on the Costa del Sol and the Balearics we have now moved to Jerez de la Frontera, away from the noisy and overcrowded coastal strips and concentrate mainly on rural properties without however neglecting the Costa del Sol and the Costa de la Luz altogether.
